An Indian Summer

Back home for a bit and the sunshine stands in complete contrast with the snowfall in London (not complaining at all). It seems like we skipped spring here and jumped straight to summer, so it’s taken me a second to forget about wearing a million layers before stepping outside.

If you are an avid fashion enthusiast like me, you would know that lilac is very much forecasted to be the colour of the year, but leave it to me to still find my way back to anything and everything pink. Wide-legged pants aren’t usually up my alley (short girl problems), but I could not pass these by. And what better location to shoot this outfit than in Madiwala which is flooded with a riot of colour! Fruits and flowers piled high sold by the most welcoming people who definitely did not mind me standing in their stalls and posing away to glory. If you ever visit Bangalore, do take a trip here to see another side of the city.

This was one of the most fun shoots I’ve done and I would love to know your thoughts on it!
